EXCESS OF POWER

Predetermined by our very own Constitution making provisions on the unequal delivery of democracy.Financial equality ,transparency,accountability and freedom of making the right decision that actually distribute and deliver equally to the majority of the people.

Legislature the -Prime Minister appointed in by absolute majority and that the very absolute majority will become the cabinate ministers .

Excutive Branch of the government consisting of ministers of Cabinate appointed without debate by the Prime Minister alone seeing fit and also Being also Head of Cabinate.BY NUMERICAL STRENGTH IN NUMBERS THAT DETERMINES DECISION MAKING.

What happens to the lessors half that is qualified by mandate by the people into Parliement.Automatically they become the opposition in Parliement with out the maximized limits to impose accountability,transpirancy and delivery of goods and services.Where they adhere to the fact that all power to financial and policy marking are vested in the government in the effect of numbers which outright all decision making .DUE TO CONSOLIDATION OF NUMBERS AND TOTAL DISREGARD OF DEMOCRATIC Participation TO STABILISE AND ACCESS IF IT IS FOR THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE PEOPLE.

This results in the unequal distribution of wealth where only are afew which are the ones in The government cocus and cabinate are serviced by the Narional cake but by right is for everyone .Prioritisation is determined now to maintain political survival ,which is very animalistics.

There are no limits imposed by one,two ,three separate branches of the government.But a system in the interest of rallying of numbers for afew infavor and denieing the mandate others in A democratic society.

There must be a checks and balance system where in Parliement the three branch are mandated representatives on

Either merit ,Appoinment by lobbying in Parliement by nominee and casting of votes.Where there is neither political agenda to deter ethical decisions making.

So the integrity of Democracy in all its espacts are not at Stake.

One of the strongest arguments for a presidential or semi presidential system is that it maxi- mizes the accountability in due cause and renders fort participation,accountability on the integrity of people according to mandate and sanctions debate and analysis.
